This is for reading with comprehension and concept correction based on natural law laid down by the Supreme Ruler of the Universe! All Tuesday sessions replays will be in here.
Great day friends-in-law. Super newbie question here: If the DC Courts were established pursuant to Article 1 of the Constitution, does this mean there is no equity in the courts of the Superior or Appeals Courts of the District of Columbia? Do we need an “Article 3” court to get equity? If so, does that mean the Bill Quia Timet and any plea for equity should be moved to the District Court?
Just found the following as well. What say ye?
DC Superior Court’s Jurisdiction
The Superior Court of the District of Columbia has jurisdiction of any civil action or other matter (at law or in equity) brought in the District of Columbia pursuant to DC Code § 1-204.31 et seq.
