Overview
All donations offered, both generally and in exchange for access to the community, are gifts, and as such are completely exempt from being returned or refunded. If a dispute or charge back is received in an attempt to circumvent this, all access to previously donated classes will be revoked.
Refunds and Returns
In the instance a refund is requested, we will notify you of the rejection of such request.
Cancellation
You can cancel your own membership at anytime by going to the My Account page. If you’re experiencing issues doing so, please contact us directly at [email protected] so we may assist you.
We reserve our right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we see fit. In this case, we will cancel your membership and deactivate your account.
